社團法人臺灣葡萄樹關懷協會由視障者鄭信盛於2016年創立，源自他對家鄉——台東初鹿龍過脈部落孩子們的深切關懷與使命感。協會致力於推動藝術陪伴及課後陪伴，希望透過多元的課程與活動，幫助孩子們發掘自己的潛能，建立自信，成長茁壯，為未來開拓更多可能性。
從成立至今，協會的服務範圍已從初鹿與龍過脈部落，擴展至台東的金峰鄉新興部落、花蓮瑞穗鄉奇美部落以及桃園平鎮區，共有四個服務據點。透過藝術陪伴計畫，我們為孩子提供音樂、繪畫等創意課程，幫助他們表達內心感受並找到屬於自己的興趣與熱情；而課後陪伴計畫則專注於提供穩定支持，解決他們在學習與生活上的困難，成為孩子在成長路上的堅實後盾。
此外，我們在台東台九線上設立了「花環夢想基地」服務據點，為孩子們打造一個安全、溫暖且充滿希望的空間。在這裡，孩子們可以學習、玩樂、探索自我，並在同伴與陪伴者的支持下，培養面對挑戰的能力與勇氣。 我們深信，陪伴與關懷能為孩子的未來種下希望的種子。
我們期待與更多人攜手，為偏鄉地區的孩子們創造更多機會與可能，讓每一個孩子都能擁有屬於自己的夢想與未來
 The Taiwan Vine Arts Association was established in 2016 by Joshua Zheng, who is visually impaired. Inspired by his love for his hometown and a deep sense of responsibility towards children, Joshua founded the association to support children in the Danadanaw Tribe of Chulu, Taitung. Through after-school support, artistic guidance, and diverse programs, we help children discover their potential, build self-confidence, and thrive.
Since its founding, the association has expanded beyond the Danadanaw Tribe in Chulu, Taitung, now serving four locations across Taitung, Hualien, and Taoyuan. Through arts and music mentorship, we help children express themselves creatively and explore their interests. Our after-school program offers a safe, welcoming space help children overcome challenges in their studies and daily lives, standing as a steadfast support on their journey of growth.
With the support of caring mentors and companions, children develop resilience, confidence, and the courage to face challenges. Together, we strive to provide more opportunities for children in rural areas so every child can pursue their dreams.
